Aboriginal women’s leadership program

Aboriginal Women’s Leadership State Gathering

The State Gathering was held in April of 2018 at Wirltu Yarlu, University of Adelaide.

Make your mark as a leader.

Over two exciting days the Gathering showcased, celebrated and developed local Aboriginal women’s leadership. Exchange cultural stories, practices and languages through dance, song and music and establish relationships and networks with other like-minded women.

The Gathering empowered Aboriginal women to utilise their collective voice and advance Aboriginal women’s rights in the leadership space through interactive, reflective and engaging presentations and workshops. The Gathering was open to all Aboriginal women in South Australia.

For an investment of $66, participants received:

  • all catering while at the gathering (Tues & Wed)
