YWCA Adelaide strives to have productive and effective working relationships with all individuals and agencies we come into contact with.  We are committed to delivering the best possible services in all areas of our work within the resources available.  We welcome constructive feedback to support continuous improvement of our services and encourage such feedback through evaluation and communications processes.

We recognise the importance of all individuals and agencies who are involved with us feeling safe and able to raise complaints, and feel assured that the complaint will be taken seriously and a satisfactory resolution pursued.  To this end we have policies and procedures that define the principles and responsibilities to be applied in the receipt, investigation and resolution of complaints.
